Matt is based in the Kerikeri office. He grew up in Kerikeri from a young age and after a brief stint in Auckland and some international travel, he returned to his hometown with his partner Kirsten to live.
Matt has been practicing tax for eight years now, first learning the ropes from his father Phil Tyler (who in turn learnt from his grandfather Ray), and now as part of the Whitelaw Weber team.
At home, Matt is a keen Chilli enthusiast with more than 20 different varieties in his greenhouse and some truly fiery hot sauce recipes under his belt.
During the day, if not in the garden, you can catch Matt & Kirsten out on one of the nearby walking tracks with their cats, Dora & Hermes. Matt spends his evenings either hunkered down with a good book, or gaming online with friends & acquaintances from around the world.
